Legal notice

1. Website owner

In accordance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), these are the details of the owner of apunta-m.com:

2. Purpose and scope

This legal notice governs access to, browsing and use of apunta-m.com (the “website”). Anyone who accesses or uses the website is a user, and doing so means accepting these terms.

Apunta’m is a WhatsApp booking service with a QR code for hair salons, barbershops, beauty centres and physiotherapists. The website presents it and lets interested businesses leave their details so we can contact them. Sending the form does not mean signing up for anything: if the service is contracted later, it will be under its own terms, provided beforehand.

3. Terms of use

By using the website you agree to:

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, design, illustrations, logo, the Apunta’m name and the website’s code belong to the owner or are used with permission. You may view them and share links to the website, but not reproduce, distribute, modify or use them commercially without written permission.

5. Liability

The information on the website is for guidance and may change while the service is being developed. We try to keep the website working well and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.

The owner is not liable for damage resulting from technical interruptions, failures beyond her control or misuse of the website by others.

6. Links

If the website links to third-party sites (for example, WhatsApp or social networks), it does so only for your convenience. The owner does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or policies.

7. Privacy and cookies

How we handle the data you send us is explained in the privacy policy. The website does not use cookies: visits are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which stores nothing in your browser.

8. Changes

The owner may update this legal notice to reflect changes to the website or the law. The current version is the one published here, with its update date.

9. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts that have jurisdiction under the law; if you act as a consumer, those of your place of residence.

This English version is a translation. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
