What data we process

The data you give us in the form: name, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, town and type of business. All of it is needed to contact you; if you don’t provide it, we won’t be able to.

When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technical data (such as your IP address) to serve and protect the pages. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

Why

To contact you and introduce Apunta’m, as you ask when sending the form. We do not build profiles or make automated decisions.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (article 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to nodes.data.contact@gmail.com; withdrawing it does not affect anything done before.

How long

While we talk to you about Apunta’m and, if you don’t become a client, for up to 12 months after your last contact. Then we delete it.

Who else accesses the data

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. These providers (data processors) handle it only on our behalf:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, delivery of the form by email and visit statistics.
• Google (Gmail): the mailbox where we receive the forms.

International transfers

Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards set out in the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to nodes.data.contact@gmail.com.

If you think we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
